Health care coordinator assists with all health care issues for members, including medical related benefits of issues.  Disability or workers comp issues/questions.

The ERC is responsible for assisting the membership in education and training needs.  Career and personal counseling, assistance and referral for all Avaya benefit programs.  The ERC also assists in all represented educational benefits, pension questions, pension packages.
