I think most of us know at least one person and some of us, unfortunately, know many people, who succumbed to COVID.
CWA is supporting the October 4 National COVID-19 Remembrance. We would like to identify spokespeople from our membership who have been deeply affected by COVID and can share their stories of doing essential work during the pandemic and the losses they have faced.
Here is the information we need:
Name (first and last): |
Email Address: |
Mobile Phone Number: |
Job Title: |
Employer: |
Setbacks or other issues they've faced in the workplace as a result of COVID/Description of what it's looked like to them being on the frontline of the pandemic |
We need to have folks identified by COB on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 so that we have time to speak with them, write up their stories and, perhaps, record them. Please send your information to my Administrative Secretary, Shonita Roy at sroy@cwa-union.org.
This is the direct link if you would like to share the name of a loved one or colleague for the COVID-19 wall of remembrance: nationalcovidremembrance.org/actions/wall-of-remembrance
Sincerely,
Lisa M. Bolton, Vice President |
